National Gallery Scotland

Next Step initiative, a partnership with National Galleries of Scotland, Capital City Patnership and Out of the Blue. The local name for this project was 'Park Life', it focused on the users and uses of Dalmeny Street Park in Leith.

My role in this project was to document audio from the local community and present it as an exhibit with photographer Craig McLean. This took several weeks to achieve, recording interview's with a diverse cross-section of people. Running parallel, Craig McLean distributed 'throw-away' disposable cameras to all who wanted to become involved with the project.

An exhibit of audio design and photography was presented at Out of the Blue Drill Hall in Dalmeny Street. The exhibit offered three areas, past, present and future.
