F.A.B.B

Facilitating Access Breaking Barriers, (F.A.B.B.) Scotland, is based in Edinburgh. I worked with three different groups, in three different venues across Edinburgh in December 2003. These were mixed ability groups, with a range of learning difficulties and mental health issues. Threre were also young people who took part from the Royal Blind School of Edinburgh. The ages of all participating groups who took part, ranged from between 11 - 21 years old.

Using music technology, ideas were formulated and developed by each group, enabling individual contributions from everyone involved. All the music made by participants expressed their own unique and personal musical influences. A mini album of their work was recorded onto Compact Disk, and presented to the people who took part in the project.
