Drake Music Scotland

The Drake Music Project Scotland based in Edinburgh, primarily facilitates music making for individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, using music technology. This pioneering project enables music making for all abilities.

X-perience project during autumn 2001 to spring 2002. I worked with children and adults, enabling the creation of several songs. The final compositions resulted in a live performance at 'The Gymnasium' at The Modern Art Gallery.

My Life project during spring to summer 2002. A multi-media performance at The Lumiere Cinema, Scottish National Museum. The show included video projections while musicians played a live sountrack to the images.

Water of Leith project, focusing on conservation issues, performed by pupils of Pilrig Park School. This theatre, dance and exhibit project included music composed by pupils who had attended The Drake Music Project.
